Today was a great day. Temps were near 60, sure it was little rainy but still very nice comparatively. 
I got out to the doctor today and had a new boot put one. Great news, I can start walking again as long as I elevate my leg afterwards. The doc asked me to stop walking until I healed up but I’m *almost* healed. The doctor thinks maybe another week or two and I’ll be done with these stupid boots, my ulcer is just about closed up!
Tomorrow weather permitting will be my first walk in a long while, I cannot wait. I also got a prescription for Flexeril which is a mild muscle relaxor, for some reason my old neck injury is acting up. Hopefully this is just the ticket between walking and the muscle relaxer I’ll be good to go.
