About Me
About me pages are always so hard for me to write, especially about myself. It’s kind of funny a blogger who doesn’t know what to write about himself.
The Basics:
My name is Daniel Hutter, I’m 27 years old and live in New York. Right now, I’m a freelance webmaster. I own a few of my own sites and work on others when needed. I’m always on the look out for a 9-5 but there isn’t much in the way of opportunities in small town America these days.
Aside from that this blog is a collection of pretty much anything I feel like writing about most of it is tech related because that’s where most of my interests are other than that you will see some other topics covered here too.
That’s about it, if there’s anything else you’d like to know hit the comments.

I had to fix a little quirk with the theme that I noticed on my site. Has to do with the way the dates are displayed, July dates don’t format correctly due to the letter ‘l’ being skinny. If your blog does that, I went into style.css in theme editor and towards the bottom is the portion that formats the date. I had to change font size from 11 to 12 pixels and everything looks fine!

hahaha June 11, 2009 you asked me a question and I never knew. HA! Things are going well on my new blog. Thanks for dropping in and commenting. Muchly appreciated.
I’m going to try and keep up with that one.
Not sure what I’m going to do with the other blog, nor with my forum. No one likes to post on my regional forum, they’re all on Facebook. Go figure, lol.
Doesn’t really bother me except that I’m not going to continue to pay $50 per month for space that’s not being used, yanno?
Anyway, off to see if I can stir up some trouble!

Oh hey y’know what? I agree with you about sprucing up your blog theme. It’s too generic and the white hurts my eyes!
I could whip you up one in a couple of weeks, if you want?

Thanks Peggy. I change my theme quite a bit. I had a nice black and white one but thought it was too dark. I’ll have to look around for something. I appreciate the offer but don’t want you driving yourself nuts.
Oh and I agree about the regional forum that was part of the problem with my Discuss NY site. Most local networking happens on Facebook now a days. I will be doing a hyperlocal site (for my little town) pretty soon. I might just go with bbPress to have a forum option but the site is going to be mostly area information and such.
